1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of your platform (the “Website” or “Platform”), owned and operated by Banzaro (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), having its registered office at Delhi, India, and its affiliates.

By registering an account, creating a Logbook, or browsing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.


2. Definitions

  • “Platform” / “Website”: The tourism and social networking portal where users share travel reviews.
  • “User” / “You”: Any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or creates an account on the Website.
  • “Logbook”: The collection of user-generated content, including location reviews, text, and images.
  • “Content”: All text, images, photos, or comments uploaded by Users to the Platform.


3. Eligibility

Use of the Website is permitted only to individuals who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.


4. User Accounts and Privacy Settings

  • Registration: You must provide accurate details (Name, Email, Mobile, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Account Types: Users may choose between Public and Private account settings. Public accounts allow all users to view your Logbook. Private accounts restrict visibility only to your approved followers.
  • Settings: Our platform provides granular controls to show or hide specific personal details (e.g., gender, marital status) on your public profile.


5. User Conduct and Content Standards

Users may post reviews, comments, and images. However, you agree to the following Strict Content Restrictions:

  • No Adult Content: You are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, or sharing any pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene text or images.
  • No Illegal Activity: You shall not use the Platform for any illegal purposes or to promote unlawful acts under Indian law.
  • Respectful Interaction: You shall not engage in harassment, bullying, or use of defamatory language through comments or social features (Follow/Block).
  • Ownership: You represent that you own the rights to any images or text you post.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any violation of these standards, especially regarding adult or illegal content, will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without notice.


6. Social Features: Follow, Block, and Search

The Platform allows users to search for others and interact via Follow/Unfollow and Block features. You agree not to use these features for stalking, harassment, or data scraping of other users’ personal information.


7. License to Content

By submitting reviews or images to your Logbook, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content on our Platform for the purpose of promoting travel locations and community engagement.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we encourage honest reviews, the Company does not warrant the accuracy of user-generated travel advice, location safety, or the quality of services at locations reviewed by users.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with other users. Your travel decisions based on user reviews are at your own risk.


10. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, and software design on the Website are owned by or licensed to the Company. Unauthorized reproduction of the Site’s architecture or branding is strictly prohibited.


11. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms (including the ban on adult/illegal content).
  • You provide false or misleading registration information.
  • Your conduct is deemed harmful to the community.


12. Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using the site, you consent to our collection of data necessary for social and tourism features.


13. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
